What is the return policy?

Our returns policy is dependent on the product you have ordered. Please contact us if your order is damaged, we address return requests on a case by case basis.

Are any purchases final sale?

We are unable to accept returns on certain items. Kindly note we don't offer returns on our domestic uniforms as they are made to order, from scratch, according to your specific measurements. Please contact us if you are unsure.

When will I get my order?

Our goal is always to ship your order as soon as possible, but please be cognisant of the fact that many of our products are made by hand in small batches. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

Where are your products manufactured?

Most of our products are made locally, and many of them are made by hand and/or in small batches. Some of our products are imported by South African businesses. We try to keep to a local, small business only policy when procuring products for our website.

How much does shipping cost?

We charge a minimum of R150 fee at checkout to cover our shipping costs. This is to ensure that all our artisans are paid fairly. The shipping cost is subject to change based on product type and fluctuating fuel costs.
