Fresh Produce Subscription

Fresh produce box delivered to your door, featuring 6 vegetable and 4 fruit punnets or bunches. Each item ranges from 250g to 1kg, with box weight varying between 5–9kg depending on the season. Contents reflect what's in season and available from local, sustainable farms. We prioritise seasonal variety to support diverse nutrition and local agriculture.

This subscription covers four deliveries. Choose between once a week or once every 2 week deliveries. Contact us with your order number to arrange your deliveries. 

Serving suggestion: use the seasonal variety of the box as a way to keep your gut biome diverse! Add 30 fresh, locally laid, organic eggs for protein. Add an 820g loaf of freshly made sourdough bread, containing important cultures that contribute to gut health, as a biproduct of the fermentation process whilst creating this delicious bread. (Made in a micro bakery in Joburg). Add raw, local honey, scientifically proven to boost gut health.
