Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), clothing, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. We only return items that are damaged. If you have failed to select the correct size or failed to send us your measurements, we will not refund you or return your item. We don't offer returns and refunds if you decide you'd like to send it back because you don't want it anymore. 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return query, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Returns and Exchanges 

Kindly note that customers are liable for the courier fees if they wish to return clothing items. We do not hold stock of clothing and each item is made from scratch, to order. This is why we have very clear measurement instructions in our product description. If you are feeling uncertain, please send us your exact measurements. If you have failed to select the correct size or failed to send us your measurements, we will not refund you or return your item. We don't offer returns and refunds if you decide you'd like to send it back because you don't want it anymore.

Please give our artisans at least 48 hours notice if you wish to make a change to an order before it is dispatched to you.Â
