Shipping policy

Please ensure that someone is available to collect your package. If the driver is unable to contact you, you may be held liable for associated costs. 

Our shipping policy is specific to the artisans concerned. Please be sure to read the product description of the product concerned with your order. 

Due to the nature of the items we sell, delivery times may vary so please be understanding as this is an artisanal site whereby most products are made by hand, in small batches, and not in a large factory or in an automated way. Once your driver has been assigned your order for delivery, you will receive a waybill number and tracking link via email. Couriers across provinces take 3-5 working days. 

Please note that changes to orders require 48 hours notice before an order is dispatched and customers are liable to pay the courier fee for any returns or changes to their orders.
