Cut off time for your order is Tuesday 7pm

All our loaves are handmade and naturally leavened in our micro-bakery in Linden using our 6 year old starter - "Bob". We use Champagne Valley unbleached, stoneground flour and Nature's Choice fine sea salt, water, and nothing else. Our dough is mixed the day before baking to provide a 5 hours bulk ferment and 12 hour cold ferment. We bake in a stone-deck, steam injection electric artisan bread oven that we designed and developed to mimic the effect of our retained heat masonry oven, which we outgrew in March 2022. Our Traditional Loaves are made with 80% White Flour, 15% Whole Meal and 5% Rye. Our Whole-wheat Loaves are 50% White, 50% Whole Meal.

Serving suggestion: it freezes well so you can grab a piece for toast in the mornings to start your day. The bread is freshly baked, please keep in mind that the waiting periods may fluctuate according to baking times and availability. Sizes and prices vary. 

  • Each order has a minimum of 36 hours waiting time for delivery.

The subscription order covers 6 deliveries. Please contact us with your order number to request your time span. For example, every week or every second week. Kindly note that our delivery areas for subscriptions are subject to change. Please enquire.
