These juices come in resealable plastic bottles. Please recycle. Store in the fridge, to be taken within 3 days of receiving your order. 

Serving suggestion: This plan should not be taken with other foods such as meat, starch, sugars, sweets, alcohol or other solids. Drink plenty of water, green tea and ginger mint water. Coffee can be taken but without milk or sugar. Honey can be used as a substitute for sugar.
