Good things (and tasty meals) take time. Thankfully, we put in the hours and effort so that you don’t have to. Every meal is made to order, and prepared from scratch at our kitchen in Johannesburg. Local and organic produce is used wherever possible. Our recipes are tried-and-tested favourites (the kinds you’d find on the creased, sauce-spattered pages of a family recipe book) and are always inspired by what’s in season. We do our best to cater to those with protein or calorie-based nutritional goals, as well as those following a plant-based diet. Once the meals are cooked and ready to go, they’re packed into individual portions, frozen and delivered to your door, ready to reheat and enjoy whenever.

One meal serves as a hearty portion for one. Weighing between 450 - 650 grams

Heating Instructions:

Once our meals are prepared, they are stored in aluminium containers. Allow your meal to defrost overnight and then simply remove the cardboard lid and pop in the oven or Air Fryer for 20 minutes at 170° C. You can also pop the meals out of their containers and onto a plate and microwave for 5 minutes.

Our soups are stored in freezer-safe plastic pouches. Allow your soup to defrost overnight and then simply pour into the appropriate container out the soup and heat through on the stove or in the microwave.

Spiced Lamb and Vegetables Kebabs
Lamb fillets, immersed in an Armenian marinade and grilled with seasonal vegetables. Served with spiced rice.
Malaysian Chicken Packages
Chicken fillets, marinated in coconut cream, lemongrass and mixed peppers. Grilled and served with spiced rice.
Spicy Chorizo and Pepper Risotto
Creamy risotto, cooked in white wine and homemade chicken stock, tossed with crispy chorizo slices and mixed peppers.
Asian Style Ribs
Juicy pork ribs, marinated in an Asian-spiced sauce and oven baked. Served over a bed of creamy mashed potatoes.
Butter Chicken Curry
A lovely and mild curry, beautifully created by a delicious combination of spices and coconut cream, served on a bed of fluffy rice.
Bacon, Brie and Basil Gnocchi
Potato gnocchi pillows in a basil-infused cream sauce, topped with crispy bacon bits and parmesan cheese.
Grilled Chicken with Moroccan Butternut
A lovely comforting dish made up of cinnamon spiced butternut, raisins, pine nuts and creamy mascarpone cheese. Paired with succulent chicken fillet pieces.

The perfect way to serve really good pork sausages with creamy mashed potatoes and a dark, rich gravy.

Tender chicken and earthy mushrooms, in
