Good things (and tasty meals) take time. Thankfully, we put in the hours and effort so that you don’t have to. Every meal is made to order, and prepared from scratch at our kitchen in Johannesburg. Local and organic produce is used wherever possible. Our recipes are tried-and-tested favourites (the kinds you’d find on the creased, sauce-spattered pages of a family recipe book) and are always inspired by what’s in season. We do our best to cater to those with protein or calorie-based nutritional goals, as well as those following a plant-based diet. Once the meals are cooked and ready to go, they’re packed into individual portions, frozen and delivered to your door, ready to reheat and enjoy whenever.
One meal serves as a hearty portion for one. Weighing between 450 - 650 grams
HEATING INSTRUCTIONS:
Once our meals are prepared, they are stored in aluminium containers. Allow your meal to defrost overnight and then simply remove the cardboard lid and pop in the oven or Air Fryer for 20 minutes at 170° C. You can also pop the meals out of their containers and onto a plate and microwave for 5 minutes.

Spring Vegetable and Halloumi Pie with Bombay Potato Crust
A warm and mild seasonal vegetable medley, topped with crispy spiced baby potatoes.
Creamy Three Bean Stew
Assorted protein-rich beans, cooked in a rice tomato and cream sauce. Served on a bed of fluffy rice.
Roast Cauliflower Burrito Bake
Oven-roasted cauliflower and spicy peppers, layered between fresh tortillas and covered with melted cheese.
Mushroom Bolognese
A rich ragu made of assorted mushrooms and homemade tomato sauce. Served with fresh linguine ribbons.
Falafels with Basil Pesto Vegetables
Handmade chickpea falafels, served with roasted baby marrows and patty pans tossed in a homemade basil-walnut pesto.
Cajun-Spiced Tofu with Mixed Peppers
Firm and crispy tofu, stir-fried with spicy mixed peppers and served on a bed of fluffy rice.
Lentil and Kale Moussaka
A plant-based take on a Greek traditional dish! A mildly spiced stew with lentils, kale and eggplants folded in a cheesy nutmeg sauce and oven baked.
Lentil Bobotie
Mild curry-spiced lentil stew with a chutney flavoured custard topping.
Chilli Sin Carne
A meat-free variation of the Mexican classic! Spiced peppers, combined in a spicy stew with tofu, walnuts and black beans.
Spaghetti with Zucchini Noodles
Fresh spaghetti ribbons, zucchini noodles tossed with a homemade basil-walnut pesto and topped with crispy tofu and chickpeas.
Stuffed Peppers
Delicately spiced quinoa and tempeh with homemade fajita spice, poured in juicy peppers and oven baked.
Tofu and Chickpea Curry
A coconut based curry with firm tofu chunks, crunchy chickpeas and baby spinach. Served on a bed of fluffy rice.
Eggplant Lasagne
Crunchy bread-coated eggplant, layered between a rich tomato sauce and plant-based cheese with assorted lentils and fresh basil.
Sweetcorn, Black Bean and Jalapeno Quesadillas
A mild and tangy mexican meal consisting of mielies, black beans and plant-based cheese with spicy jalapenos.
Caponata
A Sicilian dish, made with eggplants, a sweet and tangy tomato sauce, raisins, capers and served on a bed of fluffy rice.
Couscous with Spiced Chickpeas and Pineapple
