Our garlic is sun dried and cured with love and care after harvesting.

This is a natural product, thus the pictures may be slightly different to what you will get. We use our Spansih White and Karoo Garlic for the white braids and Egyptian purple for the purple/mixed braid. The type of garlic you receive depends entirely on seasonality and availability, so they will vary. 

Karoo Hoogland cultivate their own garlic, eschewing the bleached, sub-par variety from China, India and sometimes Egypt that inundates most retail outlets. Support local agriculture and make the switch from chemical-laden products. We take in enough undesirables as it is.
